On the top, the issuer name "BANCO DE MARACAIBO", "COMPANIA ANONIMA". At lower left, the capitalization amount "CAPITAL" - "Bs. 1.250.000". On the left, seated man with scynthe. On the right, seated woman holding a ship. On the bottom, the denomination value in words "DIEZ x DIEZ". In each corners, the denomination in words "DOS MIL BOLIVARES".
Similarities in the design of the obverse: The design is similar to Design A, Type A, changing the position of the capitalization amount position and the filling date, some minor design variations the continuous payment clause.
Reverse: Purple tone. Two rosette with the denomination value "10" inside.
