On the bottom, an open book, with the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO" above. On the left, watermarks zone. In each corners, except the bottom left corner the value "50000". The serial numbers are located in the upper right (in black) and bottom left (in red). On the top left, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA". At right of the watermarks zone, there are two superposed triangles printed with optic-shift ink.
Reverse: Design mainly in red. In the center, clock and yard of authorities building of the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV)- Central University of Venezuela, at left, flower of the National Tree, Araguaney. On the left, Coat of Arms. On the top left, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA". In the bottom right corner, the denomination in words "CINCUENTA MIL BOLIVARES". In the upper right and bottom left corners, the value "50000". On the right, watermarks zone.
